Customer Provided Items

Already have something that you want to have personalized? Perfect! This option is for all customer provided item requests. In the box below, please tell me more about your item(s) and when you are needing them completed by. Once your request is received, it will be reviewed and I will reach out to you to confirm if it is something that I will be able to accept. While I would love to customize all of your things, there are just some items that I am not comfortable with accepting and sadly will have to refuse. Pricing for customer provides items starts at $15 and will increase based on complexity. I will reach out to you to coordinate drop off location for locals and shipping address for those who need to mail it to me. All shipping costs will be covered by the customer. *Please note- while it is rare- embroidery machine errors are possible. If any damages happen to occur, Tilly's Thread Co. will not be responsible for replacing the item(s). The $15 will be deducted from your final total/ refunded to you if I am unable to accept your item(s).
