Shipping policy

My current turnaround time (TAT) is 2-3 weeks, excluding shipping. My primary goal is to deliver your items as swiftly as possible. Please understand that I’m a mom of three, and sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, causing my TAT to be extended. If this happens, I’ll promptly contact you via email to keep you informed.

If you encounter a missing package, kindly file a claim with the carrier. Please note that once I’ve released your package to the carrier (USPS or UPS), I’m limited to viewing the same tracking status as you. Regrettably, I cannot be held responsible for lost or missing packages.
